His smooth delivery and knack for catchy hooks complement Nascent’s production, creating a synergy that’s both hypnotic and uplifting. Hamudi’s lyrics weave between bilingual rhymes, soulful melodies and introspective bars. On stage he commands attention with a magnetic presence and an ear for engaging audiences of all backgrounds.
About NA Collective
NA Collective began as a passion project between Nascent and Hamudi in 2018 when the two artists met at an open mic in Iowa City. What started as informal jam sessions soon evolved into a community for musicians, visual artists and storytellers. The duo invited collaborators from across Iowa’s underground scene, including experimental producer SidTiva and soulful vocalist M.E.D., nurturing a creative incubator focused on authenticity and experimentation. Today the collective continues to push boundaries through music, art and live events while staying deeply connected to their Midwestern roots.
